Foster Supply HospitalityFoster Supply Hospitality is a group of rurally independent small hotels and restaurants in the Catskill Mountains. We build soulful and thoughtful hotels in unexpected places. Each property honors its past and is also keenly attuned to what today’s world and guest desires. We accomplish this through design, intentional focus on experiential programming and a lot of making sure the details are right.
The Foster family has been in Livingston Manor for 5 generations dating back to the 1910’s. The Foster’s have been working alongside their neighbors to revitalize their hometown since the early 2000s. Hemlock Neversink is one of four small hotels currently operated throughout the Western Catskills.
a single biteFounded by Foster Supply Hospitality, A Single Bite helps to address food insecurity in Sullivan County with wholesome, healthy food through our free, community Family Meal Program and a school-based Real Food Education Program.
Together with the resources of FSH, our weekly meals are a reliable resource to families in need of support.
To date, we have provided more than 178,000 scratch-made meals to Sullivan County children and their families.
